Was Randy Lee at Nomad's Bbq a mag?
Some of the best barbecue I've had in the city! I ordered a brisket and hot link sandwich. The brisket was incredibly tender, perfectly balanced with just the right level of smokiness—neither overpowering nor too mild. The hot link had a nice spicy kick to it, which I really enjoyed. Their sauce is excellent too, but honestly, the meat is flavorful enough that it doesn't even need it. The bun is a great touch as well... View all feedback.
What Cookie Luv dislikes about Nomad's Bbq:
I really dislike leaving a negative review because their food is exceptional, but I'm unsure whether they are open, closed, or even still in business. I've tried calling and reaching out on social media, but no one responds, and I haven't seen them in quite a while. I'm starting to think they might be gone for good. Even when I could get in touch with them last year, it was difficult, so I'm not sure if they are stru... View all feedback.
Ordered thru Doordash, Dasher messeged us that the food truck is not there?? They didn 't confirm the order, so we canceled the order. I tried calling the number no answer, not a good way to run a business. Also it should be listed on here and delivery apps that it 's a food truck. Don 't complain that u don 't make money and blame Covid when u can 't run a business ?
As we were placing our order a man who was leaving said this was the best barbecue in town (owner or relative maybe? . He was right! Ribs are fantastic, pulled pork is Smokey and delicious, and our side of corn fresh and flavorful.
Disappointed with the brisket (suspicious cut of meat. Expected sliced Austin style BBQ. The so-called “brisket” was chopped up into a pile, full of grease, pieces of gristle, and had very little BBQ flavor. Tasted more like oven pot roast. The sides of corn and beans also had no flavor and tasted like they were out of a can.
Ordered through grubhub. We Ordered one special sandwich and one brisket sandwich plate. We got one special sandwich and one pulled pork, not brisket. They also did not include BBQ sauce. Just dry meat and bread, not even the correct meat on one of them.
I pulled up to try some pulled pork and hot links and I'm still sitting in the parking lot eating. Best bbq I've had in new mexico. I'll definitely be back alot more! The owner is a good guy as well. Try it!
