Einstein Bros. Bagels - Isleta Pueblo

I hate to write this, but I want to be certain that management knows so they can check into things. I've gone to this location many times and always like the bagels I get here. The issue is the Chai Tea Lattes. I've had them here before and though they aren't my favorite they aren't bad. Well, the last 2 times I went to this location and got Chai's something was completely off they were sour. I thought it was just me, but both of my daughters said the same thing. I don't know if they made us the wrong drinks 2 different times or if the milk was bad or if there is something wrong with the syrup they used but they were awful and undrinkable. Had to be thrown away so $15 down the drain.

I love this bagel shop and I visit there regularly. However, I received a gift of some gift cards and I cannot figure out how to get them into my rewards account. I have written twice to Einstein's on their contact page, but it is like throwing a rock off a cliff nothing ever comes back. I want to use these cards but I want to order in the app and I cannot do both. So DON'T GIVE ANYONE EINSTEIN GIFT CARDS. GIVE THEM CASH INSTEAD.

I am from back East, and have yet to find a good bagel.I grant Enstein is a cut above the white bread bagels sold here. Still its the sane as sold at every Enstein shop.Service was slow at about 9:30 am, I would not want to be there at rush hour.

This Einsteins is terrible. They were out of almost every bagel before Noon, put a whole egg on my egg white sandwich, and couldn’t make a regular hot latte (only brewed coffee). I usually go to an Einsteins closer to my house, and I have never had these issues there. Avoid this location on Menaul!

Lazy, surly help clearly hates their job. They never have a full variety of bagels and the coffee machine was broken on my last visit. I'll try a different location
