Top class delicious Chinese food, it's a shame, it's low rated, was 5 stars for us the three times we went last week! the interiors are basic, but the personal is efficient and beautiful and as soon as the food arrives, they are quite much consumed by it. go for beautiful spicy Chinese, great location on the esplanade! What Dan P doesn't like about Hong Kong Express:
We ordered food for pickup and it cost us £38.70, while our local Chinese restaurant in Newport charges £28 for delivery. When we arrived to pick up our order, we asked if it came with free prawn crackers, but they said no, which is usually included at other Chinese restaurants when you spend a certain amount. The dishes were all dry and not filled to the top. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. View all feedback.

Hongkong express was one of the authentic Chinese restaurants I have ever visited. I had tried her chicken kewers and chicken turf. quality and quantity were both at the point
Amazing attentive service, the young who work there are beautiful. eating was great, they can go past this place and think it's a cheaper version of what it sells (I don't try to be rude of this, it's just very modern and maybe went past as a take-off service, how sad many Chinese restaurants could be). please do not be deceived, they have amazing chefs there and the front of the house is top notch. if they want a nice Chinese food in ryde, this place must be one.
Was so excited to see that they offered many vegan options. it was a delicious one. wellted I live the other side of the water or I would visit more often!
