Met friends for lunch and had a great time. Good choice and everything tasted very good, well presented and fairly priced. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Only thing that stopped it getting a 5 was that one plate of hot food arrived a good 10 minutes before the others. View all feedback.
What Saffydaffy doesn't like about Courtside Cafe:
We had a voucher for soup and sandwich and had no idea where this cafe was. We found it tucked behind the tennis courts. It seems to serve the club members predominantly but there was a good range of snacks on the menu. The place is bright and cheerful with a nice warm fire and things for the kids to play with. Delicious breakfast with good service in a very pleasant environment
This was my first visit to this restaurant and I had breakfast. It was by far the best breakfast I've ever had. There was plenty of delicious and hot food, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere in the cafe was lovely. The views of the Solent were beautiful and the restrooms were clean. I will definitely be returning to this cafe.
Amazing value, freshly cooked breakfasts and daily specials board for lunches. The friendly, helpful staff are very obliging and cater for Veggies Vegans too, just ask! We always end our meal with a delicious coffee, never disappointed. This is a relaxed eatery overlooking the 5 tennis courts Open 10-4pm and extended into Thursday evenings. Watch out for special themed events such as French, Spanish, Greek or Mexican evenings with a fixed price 3 course meal, and it is licensed as well. We eat there at least once a week, it is a real treat for us.
