Today, I had a chicke... read more I have been going to Holyhead Kebab for years, and I have consistently found their ingredients to be fresh and their food to be delicious. Today, I had a chicken kebab and it was fantastic - the chicken was tasty and the salad was crisp and fresh. I will definitely continue to choose this kebab house over others in the area because of their consistency. I would give them a rating of 5 out of 5.

I ordered a kebab with chips and salad, a... read more This restaurant was absolutely awful. The food was extremely greasy and the tray was practically dripping with grease. I ordered a kebab with chips and salad, along with a side of chilli dip, but received no chips. Only a quarter of the tray was meat, the rest was salad, and to top it off, the food was cold. I paid £12.60 for essentially just a salad with a side of kebab. The female delivery driver seemed more interested in chatting with a neighbor than delivering my food, and she threw it at me before slamming my gate. I definitely would not recommend this place unless you want to end up with a terrible stomachache.

The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. Been a very loyal regular customer for a long time now and never had any complaints.Recently myself and my partner have experienced wrong orders on multiple occ... read more Been a very loyal regular customer for a long time now and never had any complaints.Recently myself and my partner have experienced wrong orders on multiple occasions even after the person on the phone repeated our order back.The food seems rushed and the quality has gone downhill.Tonight my partner orders a chicken burger MEAL and doesn't receive the chips and I ordered a large chicken and donner in naan bread and got a pitta.Also asked for mushrooms on her burger and offered to pay extra and the manager didn't want to accommodate her even though he gave her mushrooms for extra charge last time we ordered.Phoned up to complain about the missing chips and he wanted her to pay extra.I suggested to the owner a while ago about maybe going on justeat to get more business and make it easier for people to order and he said he was very happy with his local business and did not need justeat.Well if you can't satisfy your local customers by continuously getting orders wrong and not accommodating them when they ask for extras then **** good luck to you!! I didn't notice any COVID safety measures in place, but the restaurant appeared to be clean and organized. The staff were helpful and friendly. The menu had a lot of options to choose from. I ordered the Holyhead special pizza, which had fresh and delicious toppings. Overall, my experience was positive and I would recommend this place.
