Called in today for a quick Sunday lunchtime snack, upon arrival to this empty cafe there where two other customers having a coffee inside. The young member of staff barely raised her head from her phone to acknowledge us after around 10 minutes we decided to approach the counter, where we where told that the chef was off today and only soup and sandwiches where available. Small menu but really lovely dishes. We had the rib eye and salt and pepper squid. Both were very very well cooked and delicious. The rib eye was well worth the price as it was big. The natas was a large slice of custard tart with creamy ice cream. Really happy I got some. Great staff and brilliant food. Do not miss this restaurant!
Friendly staff, nice clean environment with Fab food and a great choice at the bar. Some nice vegan options on the menu that is always a good sign.
