First of all, some people do not like change, and this is clearly reflected in the review of a person. the people are stuck in their way and clearly do not have the place out of the simple reason that the owners have changed. because fortunately they were at the place where they got to eat before they knew that h had gone. but when they found out. only then they felt the necessity of a negative review. when they read this, there is that living outside the angles, try it. lol next, the latest negative review. I know that everyone is different, but I think that his really fair practice to leave a bad review if the owners or employees refuse to fix a mistake, how mistakes happen. I appreciate, however, that now and again someone's hair can get in a part of the food, but for someone to say they had a hairdresser in one part and 3 haare in another (not to mention the sexism as they are described as a wee) I find very doubtful, especially if they are a bit more of a regular and they see how clean this place is kept. also, this evaluation was written a month after actual visit. - It's weird. At any rate, I write this as a loyal customer in defense of a local company that does not need to speak primarily with the current economic crisis. all the problems that the owners (old and new) are more than happy to correct with an apologies and either replacement or money back. eating with the new owners is just as good if not better than before, more choice, as said by another, and the servier staff is extremely polite and polite (natalie especially). definitiw will not be definitiw of these definitiw malicious reviews. and if they happen to come here and have a problem, they simply let the owners or employees know and they will be more than happy to correct it. dolphin fish bar

I tried it twice just in ca... read more Unknown to me through this pandemic this chip shop has changed ownership. It used to be the best chippy in Holyhead if not Anglesey. I tried it twice just in case they had a bad day. The first time I had chips and sausage. The...chips were dry and the sausage reheated, terrible. The second time I had chips and beef cuttlet and I have to say that I've have eaten some vile food in my time but never before have I not been able to finish my food. The beef cuttlet had to have been reheated from the previous day if not longer. It was like chewing a piece of cardboard with salt and vinegar. The chips were also reheated and un-chewable and this was at 12.30 lunch prime time. I know that I should have taken them back but I was already out of town. To top it all none of the staff wore masks which should have been a sign of things to come. Do not try this place or do to prove me right. Discussing, never again

This was my 4th visit to Holyhead and I always make sure to stop by this restaurant because the food is just that good. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Since moving to Holyhead summertime last year and discovering this little gem me and my family are regular customers and although it get’s really busy I have never waited more than 10mins for food . The lady that owns it is lovely and super organised and the girls are quick and friendly
