Cafe Sabor - Feedback

What Joanie S likes about Cafe Sabor:
We stop here every time we come through Island Park. We love their arroz con pollo, Pollo con crema, and anything that has their sweet pork in it! We travel a LOT, and try a lot of Mexican food, but we haven't found any restaurants that come close to the food at this location. Flavor of food was good. “Fried ice cream” was trash. I’m sorry but deep freezing a giant ball of mid-level ice cream and rolling it in cornflake crumbles does not make it fried ice cream. I don’t know if it’s some sort of shortcut used when the waitstaff can’t keep up, or if youve Anglo’d up the menu even more. Kid-friendliness: Kiddo loved the place.
