I thought that would be a Portuguese restaurant, with typical Portuguese food, but that was their typical American bistro that concentrated on seafood. there are a few Spanish dishes (paella, salted cajau). the service was dirty; we waited for an hour for our engaged. decoration and ambiente were nothing to praise were standard; cocktails were overpriced. parking is available on the back of the restaurant. We had reservations for my wife, our two daughters, and myself at 5 o'clock for my wife's birthday. The food was delicious and well-prepared. The portions were generous and we left feeling satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant!
This Portuguese restaurant on the bustling Austin Blvd in Island Park is truly exceptional. Despite its small and unassuming appearance, it offers a delightful surprise once you step inside. The cozy atmosphere created by the decor and friendly staff enhances the dining experience. The dishes, such as the pork and clams and meat platter, were all incredibly delicious. Overall, I had a perfect 10/10 experience at this restaurant.

Great food. Everything was on the mark. Steak sandwich was a home run, the bread came out crispy but soft. Loved that. Desert and coffee was great as well. Will be back.
Great food, steak was excellent, swordfish was perfect. Pricing was more then reasonable.
