Chef Kent uses fresh, organic, and local ingredients whenever possible, and in the five years I’ve been there, I’ve never had a meal that wasn't exceptional. Some of my favorites include the sweet potato lasagna, mushroom-stuffed filo pastries, Thai green curry, and Donna’s homemade granola. Freshly baked bread is served daily at every meal. I highly recommend a stay here, whether you're looking to deepen your yoga practice or simply unwind. It's also a wonderful place to embark on a new direction in life or start a new chapter. Guests can easily begin their journey as vegans or vegetarians here, and they can even take home Kent's cookbook, which features many of his signature recipes, allowing them to recreate the Sewall House experience at home!
