The Capital Grill - Islamabad

Phenomenal food really loved it. It was super fresh and burning hot really enjoy my meal. I ordered Buffalo chicken bites with Fried Mac Cheese Balls as appetizers which was so juicy and fresh. As main meal I had Cajuna Chicken Pasta and Rattle Snake Pasta and love the blasting taste in my mouth. And finally the drinks Angel Mist, Cucumber Spice and Blue Colada. Everybody should try once.

Utterly disappointing. We went there this weekend, July 23 after reading 5 star reviews. We ordered Tarragon steak, chicken club sandwich and Feta cheese salad. I'll start with Salad. It was 99% lettuce. I had to ask to bring me black olives. But that's it. There were couple of pieces of onion and like a piece of tomatoe. But nothing special. We did not finish the salad. We were two people. We struggled with cutting the steak. It was hard and tasteless. There is not a single good thing I can write about. And we regular eat steak. This is the first thing we check in a menu. They could not get right the simplest of the item- baked potato. As you can see from the pictures, it is yellowish and brown, it was not crispy at all, looked and tasted full of moisture. We did not finish it. May be it was a bad day. But the icing on the cake was, the guy on the front desk did not bothered to say bye or looked at us. I wouldn't mind that if food was good. At least I'm not going there again.

On recommendation of a friend, we visited it. We ordered Steaks. The starters were too good. Steak was perfect. We have tried Steaks from other places but here it was best of them. Service was fast and the aesthetics of this place is too good. Food: 9/10 Service: 8/10 Aesthetics: 9/10 Recommended for steaks.

I've tried many beef steaks so faar but they are not recommended specifically for beef steaks cause it contains lots of elastin chewy fibres, that makes it hard to eat, even there was a little bone in it which is big no. The parmesan chicken was good but its pasta was too salty. They are very good with ambiance and hospitality but food tastes average compares to the presentation.

Very good place to dine in. Cozy environment, not many people in. Light music and high chairs. Taste was some what less spicy as our Pakistani traditional style but overall good presentation . Quantity was also good for single servings. In the center of capital . Recommended.
