I visited this restaurant again after three months and it has changed a lot (and will change more). Prices are around 120 p and up. The new owner is Mexican and wants to make food that make him feel like home. He's very curious to know what his customers want (I liked that a lot). Food was good. View all feedback.
What Reece Alexander doesn't like about Amar Cocina Peruana:
The food was okay. For 55 pesos you get what you pay for. They had no beer or coke when we went which was a little disappointing but not a huge issue. The food took surprisingly long as we were the only people there. But at least they informed us it would take a bit longer. Overall not bad for the price you pay View all feedback.

Genial! Nos hicieron el favor de dejarnos cenar aunque iban a cerrar la cocina. El ceviche, el pulpo y el ossobuco maravillosos de sabores! Y acogida espectacular!!
Excelente, sencillo restaurante pero su comida muy buena y el precio impresionantemente accesible.
