we have tried almost all vegan places on the island, there are some good, but this is the best. Even they had some organic eggs on the menu, still the best place. the bowl and the chilaquiles ordered. juices are great. we came back for the empanadas and the frogs. I'm sorry we discovered it two days before our departure. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Chaya Cacao:
The cauliflower tacos were wonderful and the lemonade was perfect on a hot day. The cats (who the restaurant is named after) were so cute. The staff was attentive and friendly. I noticed the restaurant attracts a definite clientele of modern new age hippy types and saw lots of friendly conversations amongst the new friends. Seems like a great place to meet people and enjoy a smoothie on the quaint terrace. View all feedback.
My sister and I stopped there to have an icy matcha green tea, but decided to eat something. We were so glad we had dinner there, the food was really good. We are not vegan, and we have questioned ourselves about food, but we have no regrets!
Awesome food, great music, and super friendly staff.
Lugar increíble!!!!! El servicio fenomenal!! Todo delicioso
I have tried a few different menu items and I have loved everything. The vegan cinnamon rolls vegan oatmeal cookies are my favorite. It is so nice to have a cute little vegan/vegetarian place like this on Isla
We enjoyed an incredible brunch at Chaya Cacao. The 'dirty ' chai, cacao smoothie, and vegan eggs benedict were incredibly creative and tasty breakfast options. Chefs Laurie Dumm and Arturo Lopez are incredible! Highly recommend.
