Buho's - Isla Mujeres

Saul was amazing! Friendly, great service and even gave us a fan on top of the bar just for us!! And it was hot!!! Drinks were delicious. Highly recommend this spot especially after 8pm when most people are leaving the beach for the bars in el centro!

500 pesos for a beach bed. NO service whatsoever!!! Any drinks or food you want you have to stand in a lineup for. Food was nasty!!! Ordered guacamole a styrofoam container with guacamole and no chips !?! Should we scoop it up and eat it with our hands??? Staff could care less once they have the money for your chairs. Avoid at all costs truly the worst beach club I’ve ever been to.

Lugar con mucha onda, buena musica, bien decorado, situado casi sobre la playa para tomarse unos tragos y sentirse en el paraíso, me encantó!

After visiting Buho's upon our annual day trip to Playa Norte for over 20 years... we always had decent service considering the location. what a disappointment. Staff were rude and impossible. Evident they have never gone on vacation themselves and have been treated the way they treat guests. They only survive with tourists that are one and done. Rented daybed for $500 pesos, 20 min later, pours down rain. 6inch foam cushion was soaked through. Asked if we could switch to an empty umbrella with lounge chairs. Was told no. Was told we were out the money and not their problem it rained. Talked to manager and seemed like they were going to try to switch us but person from beach rentals came over once they realized I went above them; interrupted and said no again. As I was saying I was disappointed to bring family after enjoying time there years and to have this experience, a staff stepped up out of nowhere and said, oh well if you dont like it just don't come back. If you value your time, good service and positive attitude on your holiday consider any other beach bar!
