However, I must s... read more Don’t be deceived by the hotel’s exterior and its surroundings. As we drove by, we had some doubts about whether we had made the right choice. However, I must say that we had a wonderfully pleasant stay. All the staff members were outstanding and provided exceptional customer service, especially Logan, our bellhop. We received a warm welcome from the gentleman who opened the door for us, and the reception staff was equally friendly. I also want to commend housekeeping, who were prompt and efficient whenever we needed assistance. When our air conditioning wasn’t working…
