What’s great about Khuluma is that it isn’t just a standalone café; it’s an open space that fits seamlessly into the lively cultural scene of the area. You can choose to sit in front of the shop, in the backyard, or anywhere in between. During our visit, we were in need of caffeine, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and we also grabbed a quick snack: a halloumi salad and a toast, both fresh and delicious. However, the highlight for me was the freshly made espresso butter served with the fluffy banana bread. I've never seen that on a menu before, and it really elevates the dessert. Unfortunately, we missed “First Thursday,” when the entire Station Drive stays open late with various events. I can only imagine how lovely it would be to mingle with locals during that time. Regardless, Khuluma is definitely worth a visit at any time.
Had a fantastic girls' day out at Khuluma! The food was excellent, the coffee was delicious, and the company was amazing. The service was top-notch too. Highly recommend!
The decor is beautiful, and the coffee is even better. The menu is very creative, and the service is attentive and helpful. The café also offers plenty of seating in the arcade area next door.
