Phoned in a sushi order. Went 40 mins later and order was not ready. We then waited for a further 15 minutes. They were not busy. The attitude I received from the lady behind the counter was terrible. Not sure if the place is under new ownership, but since the renovation they did the service seems to have gone downhill. The Bad: — service left much to be desired — sweet and sour pork had very little meat, mostly a weird doughy coating (didn't taste good) — sushi rice was too wet The good: — overall flavour was good — fried rice (chow faan) was good — fairly large portions (although their prices went up, not on the website) — food was presented well and was prepared in adequate time

SCAM ALERT!! They selling dough balls for the price of chicken! I ordered the sweet and sour chicken. I get home and there are dough balls in my container. I go back and told them they gave me the wrong order and they insist that the dough balls are “sweet and sour chicken”. I have eaten here before and the only thing I get is the sweet and sour chicken. They argued with me and laughed as they lied to my face. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and they gave me the WRONG order. I went back and they tried to convince me that the order they gave me was the correct order. I’ve eaten from here before and this is NOT sweet and sour chicken. The rice was very bland. I do not recommend this place. Customer service is atrocious.

Service was rather poorly. Ordered food and told 15—20 min wait… 45 mins later we finally got our food. When we managed to open it, sauce had poured all over everything and food servings are incredibly inconsistent. One crispy pork dry as bone and the other drenched in the sweetest sauce. Not to mention that our order was incorrect. Dismal. Will not return.
