If you're craving some classic comfort food in a cozy small town setting, this is the spot for you. The morning shift waitresses are long-time locals with fascinating stories to share. The wall art featuring fish is just as impressive as the delicious dishes they serve. View all feedback.
What MenuPix User doesn't like about Buck's:
Waited for an hour and still no food. The restaurant was busy, but not any busier than others in town. If you're hungry, it's best to bring a snack to eat while waiting for your meal. View all feedback.
The food was good and the staff was very friendly, but it took more than 45 minutes to get our food.
We stopped here during a week in the UP. Food was good— homemade hash and omelettes, great toast. It was one of the few places even open on a Tuesday morning! Crazy how restaurants have had to cut hours up here!
Took over an hour to get food. It would have been nice to know prior to sitting down.
This is a very busy place on Saturday morning!! The waitress took time with us to explain the difference in the Swedish bread and the Finnish bread. I had the broasted pork chop breakfast special for $9. It was fabulous!! I haven't had such a juicy, tasty pork chop in a long time! I highly recommend this place!
This place was a nice stop on our road trip, the food was fresh and tasty and our waitress was polite and fast. Everything was priced reasonably, and cooked as asked, we would definitely come back!
