看板にも大々的に表に打ち出している看板メニューの坦々麺をいただきました。ゴマの風味がとても良いです。ゴマ好きには納得のゴマ感のある坦々麺だと思います。スープはす... read more 看板にも大々的に表に打ち出している看板メニューの坦々麺をいただきました。ゴマの風味がとても良いです。ゴマ好きには納得のゴマ感のある坦々麺だと思います。スープはすり下ろしたゴマがかなり溶け込んでいるのかとろみがあり濃厚です。麺がストレートの細麺なのでスープがとてもよくからみます。それなりにピリ辛味なので勢いよくすするとむせ込みます。辛さが苦手な方はこれは結構辛いかと思います。激辛のジョロキア入り坦々麺がメニューにありましたがこちらは中々勇気がいるメニューだと思いましたが、辛さが好きな方や辛味のある坦々麺が好きな方にはたまらないものがあるのかも知れません。お友達が天津飯をいただきましたがしょっぱいらしいのでお料理により当たり外れもあるのかも知れません。ニラもやしラーメンがありましたがお味予想で名古屋の台湾ラーメンのような気がします。

I visited for lunch and the parking lot was still packed, indicating its popularity. The noodles and dishes were still delicious as always, with set meals starting at ¥1,050 being very satisfying. They also have special menu items like liver and garlic chives that they will make for you if they have the ingredients. If they are not too busy, you can even choose dishes not on the menu, so it's worth asking when you order. However, my child, always honest, mentioned that the mango sauce on the almond jelly dessert seemed different. It still tasted good though. I noticed that some prices had changed and the menu had been simplified. They now accept payments via Merpay as well. Although I didn't have much chance to chat with the owner due to the rush, the restaurant still maintains its friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
