The owner, who is also a chef at this place is very, very talented guy. Menu is based on all local ingredients but with a hint of some Japanese vibe. Starting with variety of amuse-bouches followed by appetizers, first and second meals, everything was just amazing! Somewhere else this restaurant would be impossible to reserve a table at any time. Oh, forgot to mention home made bread and focaccia! Simply delicious!

Distinctive, as its name suggests, offers a selection of unusual and never banal dishes using local ingredients. An experience to remember and highly recommended! Lovers of platters should abstain! Guests are treated with respect and care, the food is high-quality, carefully selected, prepared, and served. The dishes innovate on tradition and simple local ingredients. There were two of us, and we ordered the Radici set menu for €40 each, which we highly recommend, along with a bottle of wine. They served us an entrée that included a molecular spritz, a very nice and delicious start. They served us bread and focaccia with their own olive oil, which was truly tasty. The appetizer was an egg on caciocavallo fondue, which was excellent. For the first course, macaroni with ventricina sauce, which was truly delicious, although in my opinion, it wasn 't the highlight. The standout dish, in my opinion, was the second course: pork fillet with onions, plum compote, and cooking juices, truly incredible. For dessert, there were ricotta and biscuits amazing for a ricotta lover) and chocolates. If I could, I 'd give the service 6 out of 5 stars! The woman in the dining room was friendly, kind, polite, and perfectly prepared. The wait times were perfect. At the end of the dinner, they brought us this pictured) because we were there to celebrate my graduation. A thoughtful touch that costs them nothing but is greatly appreciated by the customer. The bill is in line with the location and the food, including complimentary coffee €110 for two set menus and wine). The only caveat is that the bread payment is specified on the receipt. Perhaps it would be nicer to include it in the menu price or cover charge. Highly recommended if you want to be pampered for an evening with impeccable service and great food!
