The staff seemed rude, and there appeared to be a lack of communication with the kitchen. We received a cracked glass, no cutlery on the table (which we had to get ourselves), and burgers that were missing more than half the ingredients. When we inquired, we were told the kitchen had assumed we wanted vegan burgers instead of vegetarian ones, which is why the cheese, caramelized onions, fried egg, and jalapeño sauce were missing. As compensation, we were initially offered two brownies, which I felt was inadequate for a clearly incomplete burger costing €16.90. After I pointed this out, we were offered half price, which we accepted. I would have preferred that the burgers be remade if there had been a mistake in the kitchen. Overall, very disappointing.
