I was fined €63 for parking by 10 minutes, even though I was already parked at my car, a customer, and had eaten beforehand. I'll be honest, I simply forgot about it out of habit after years of free parking. The management/supervisor's reaction was rude and rude. I was just out of luck; they had nothing to do with the parking lot anymore. The parking lot management also wanted nothing to do with it. They couldn't do anything about it, and as a customer, I had to stick to the 90-minute limit, which would be my own fault. There was no compromise between the parties. As a customer, you should have the freedom to stay a bit longer if you're going to leave money. After all this back and forth and the incredible rudeness on the part of McDonald's and Loyal Parking, they've lost me as a customer. This is an absolute disgrace and outrage. I could have even understood a first warning or €20 fine. But nothing justifies €63! That's how you lose your customers! It's all about making money and ripping people off!
