Our biggest cri... read more A first-class restaurant, beautifully kept and clean, with a nice atmosphere. The service is something to complain about, but it could be worse. Our biggest criticism was that almost nothing was made with sugar; the dressing was far too acidic and not at all appetizing for the salad; it needed some sweetener. The same goes for all the sauces, whether it was the sauce for the chicken or the ravioli. We expect more from such an upscale establishment; hopefully, this will be resolved by next time.

Sauna master Holger adds a world of value to the spa area. Highly recommended!

I thought it was a bit steep that we had to pay an additional €5. The price of €22.50 is pretty high, especially when the buffet apparently doesn't refill. It was only 9 a.m.! The scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages were okay; the small rolls and cereal, as well as fruit, were also sufficient. However, there was a lack of cold cuts. The staff was friendly, which is a plus! No, I think one visit was enough! The ambiance is pleasant, but we didn't feel like we were in the woods!

It took a long time for anyone to even acknowledge us, and we were only served when we called out. The staff placed a snack on our table twice without saying a word. So we had to guess what we were going to eat. Because of my allergies, I didn't dare eat it. Overall, we had to wait a lot and only received service when we asked for it.
