Service matches the ambiance: just the bare essentials, and it 's okay. Food: Kebab with just onions and no sauce as it should be!!! Bread: Good, warm, crispy, and not overly overpowering. Meat: Somehow too dry and lacking in flavor. The mouthfeel and (spiced) taste were more like a kofte (meatball) than a kebab. Onions: They could have added a bit of sumac and parsley for this kind of meat, which lacks a bit of zest. Now I don 't know if I was just unlucky or if it 's always like this because when I arrived, the old man cut off the last piece of skewer 1 and also peeled off the first layer of a brand new skewer 2, and I don 't know which one I got.
