Unfortunat... read more You might be able to order during the week, but not on the weekend. Received an order confirmation at 12:23 PM, and the food arrived cold at 1:38 PM. Unfortunately, once again, the fries I ordered and paid for were missing. What's also really annoying is that there's no direct connection to the store. You can only reach a support team based in Munich who has the same information as I do via Lieferando. Thumbs down!

Of course, we only noticed this at home and then ate them while everything was still warm. Up to this point, everything was fine and no problem. I'm certainly not going to get upset about 99 cents. But I can always let them know afterward and ask if I can get the 99 cents refunded. So I called the local phone number listed in the order confirmation and explained the problem. The woman seriously told me that I should have checked it on site. Hello?!?! As if I were taking apart a warm burger in the store!! Are you serious?!? I couldn't speak to the store directly either. So, despite the local number, it was a hotline. I was told to go back to clarify. Two stars deducted for this abysmal reaction and treatment. It's good that there are alternatives. Never again burgerme.

After selecting a drink four times, I finally got through to someone, only to be insulted in another language (haha), and then to be annoyed that I had to go back there because I didn't want to drink it. Just call them and... It would have saved me all the trouble, but putting in something I don't want every single time is terrible service.
