You can 't reach ANYONE, after the third attempt there 's not even a dial tone! The order status on Lieferando only showed PICKUP after I 'd already placed it. I ordered earlier, wanted to call and let them know the pickup would be delayed. Over €50 down the drain. It takes me over an hour to walk there. By then the whole thing will be inedible and frozen solid at home. [edit: My mother-in-law was kind enough to pick it up herself by car.

We used the 2-for-1 offer three times in one order a total of 6 burgers for just under €30 . Unfortunately, the results were consistently disappointing. The ordering form in the app is extremely misleading: Under Without the following ingredients, all the checkboxes are marked in green. This makes it seem as if you 're deselecting the ingredients, but in fact, it 's the other way around. Only if the checkbox is green is the ingredient added at all. So, in the end, we received six burgers that consisted only of a bun, meat, and some sauce. Essentially, they were just plain hamburgers. Our telephone contact with the store was also unsatisfactory: The employee was neither accommodating nor solution-oriented. For this price, the result is simply unacceptable. We expect the app to be clearly designed and that customers receive at least compensation for such misunderstandings. Under these circumstances, we will not order from here again. Update on the complaint: Unfortunately, burgerme only responded to my complaint with standard answers. Even though I explained in detail that the problem wasn 't with the preparation, but rather with the confusing design of the app Without the following ingredients , this was completely ignored. Instead of a simple gesture of goodwill or a genuine interest in improving the app design, I simply received a message that my order had been prepared correctly. For a company that places great emphasis on customer satisfaction, this is very disappointing. I hope burgerme reconsiders how it handles constructive criticism. Because that 's how they lose loyal customers in the long run.

Out of 25 orders placed there, the wrong drink was simply put in 24 times. Then today, when I called, the call didn't go through. After selecting a drink four times, I finally got through to someone, only to be insulted in another language (haha), and then to be annoyed that I had to go back there because I didn't want to drink it. Just call them and... It would have saved me all the trouble, but putting in something I don't want every single time is terrible service.

Burgers were cold, cheese wasn't melted, and the bread was soft and soggy. On top of that, we got the wrong burgers.

You might be able to order during the week, but not on the weekend. Received an order confirmation at 12:23 PM, and the food arrived cold at 1:38 PM. Unfortunately, once again, the fries I ordered and paid for were missing. What's also really annoying is that there's no direct connection to the store. You can only reach a support team based in Munich who has the same information as I do via Lieferando. Thumbs down!
