I ordered a pizza with delivery service. The person who answered the phone was very kind, as was the delivery person. Quick delivery times (taking into account that it was Saturday I thought I would rightly have to wait longer but they were very quick). I opted for a Casale pizza which costs 10 euros plus 1 for delivery (pizza prices are honest in my opinion). Given the ingredients (fiordilatte, gorgonzola, provolone del Monaco, speck and then walnuts and honey) I was already ready to eat a pizza flavored with salt and instead I was pleasantly surprised by the sweetness and balanced taste. No ingredient predominated over the others. Very good pizza dough, perfect cooking and then a classic or non-contemporary pizza with a predominant crust and then little filling. Thank you.
