Good place to make a stop. Vegetarian options: The waitress convinced us that the txistorra was vegan. And there is no better feeling than doing what you like most while eating healthy. One of the few places in the area with Vegetarian and some vegan options. We took the menu of the day and first I chose the pumpkin cream and for the second, the glazed eggplant was a spectacle, which is why I didn't even have time for the photo. Both the waitress at the bar and both in the room, very friendly. We were told in a completely normal manner that our wait could probably be longer than normal and we thought it was a very important gesture towards our colleagues and the diner. This is appreciated, so here I leave you my small thank you. To you, who are reading this, go and try the other dishes if you don't want to be vegetarian, my partner also had an excellent meal. Vegetarian options: Pumpkin cream and glazed eggplant
