I purchased a burnt almond cake last Saturday for $37 and was very disappointed with the taste. I brought it to a dinner party and all the guests agreed that it lacked flavor. I could have gotten a much better cake for a third of the price at Giant Eagle. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The restaurant is always clean and has a fantastic variety of sweet treats. While the almond torte cake is a popular choice, the cheesecake is also amazing!
I wish there had been a staff member to serve us at the restaurant. We walked in, looked around, waited, but no one came out to help. The door even made a noise to alert employees that there was a customer, but still no one came. It's a shame because everything looked great, but we left without being served. They lost a customer due to the lack of service.
