Would have given 5 stars if not for one small detail! We stopped by Sambal during lunch and opted for the $12.95 lunch special.
Sambal is a welcome addition to the waterfront dining area on the Hudson River in Irvington.
As you sit atop the Sambal terrace, wind whipping through your recently conditioned hair, your mind begins to drift along the Hudson.
Always a great meal and cocktails. Fresh ingredients you can taste. Can't wait until the warmer weather when we can enjoy the outdoor patio. Parking is super easy which makes arriving and leaving a breeze.
Pretty terrible service. The place is almost empty and it took 30 mins to even be asked what our order was. Took very long to get the bill as well. Food was ok.
