The staff is very polite, and despite the busy environment, they manage everything in a professional manner with quite fast service. Thank you!

I have to be honest—compared to the staff and manager from about four years ago, these employees are much more respectful and attentive. They treated me with kindness and served me promptly. I watched the manager efficiently handle the drive-thru, which reminded me of my own days managing at McDonald's. Please let them know to keep up the great work and consider giving them a raise!

Drive through experience was unprofessional, simply terrible! Girl was rude, told us if we needed to add a side we needed to go around the drive through when there were no cars behind us cause it was slow. Then instead of 10 pieces of chicken we got sevencold greasy pieces. Then they forgot to add Mac n cheese and when we asked her she simply got upset and didn?t apologize. Theyneed to be trained in customer service and be thought some basic manners!

I placed an online order and chose the quick pickup option. I had to wait a few extra minutes beyond the designated pickup time, but other than that, all the food items I ordered were there, and the cashier was very friendly.

Normally I don't have any problems with this KFC. I like to support us. But today II stopped by a little after 12. I ordered the number 5 which is the hot wing combo. The wings were saturated in grease!! They were hot as if they just came out of thegrease. So clearly they did not place them on the sheet to settle. I called the business at least five to six times and thenumber continued to be busy.
