The employee was rude and told us to go around the drive-thru to add a side, even though there were no cars behind us and the line was slow. Instead of the 10 pieces of chicken we ordered, we received seven cold, greasy pieces. They also forgot to include the mac and cheese, and when we asked about it, the employee became upset and didn't apologize. The staff definitely need better customer service training and to learn some basic manners!

However, today I stopped by shortly after 12 and ordered the number 5 hot wing combo. The wings were drenched in grease and very hot, as if they had just been taken straight out of the fryer. It was clear they hadn't been placed on a tray to drain. I tried calling the restaurant at least five or six times, but the line was constantly busy.

They treated me with kindness and served me quickly. I observed the manager skillfully managing the drive-thru, which brought back memories of my own time managing at McDonald's. Please pass on my compliments and suggest they continue the great work—maybe even consider a raise for them!
