When I asked the manager for fresh chicken instead of the chicken that seemed to have been sitting out all day, she was very rude and started slamming things in response. I told her I didn’t want the chicken she put in my box because it looked old, but she insisted it was freshly cooked. I clearly saw her put the old chicken into my order, and I told her I had waited specifically for fresh chicken. I don’t understand why she reacted that way. I definitely won’t be coming back.

However, I’m still giving it 5 stars because the team was so pleasant and had a wonderful attitude. Just please try to avoid overcooking the chicken next time! I would definitely return for the coleslaw and macaroni and cheese—they were fantastic! The menu offers some great options worth trying.

They have the best extra crispy dishes—so good and fresh! They open around 10:30, and it's so tasty that I went back the next day. I requested fresh chicken instead of the old chicken that had clearly been sitting out all day, and she reacted by slamming things around. When I pointed out that the chicken she put in my box was old, she insisted it was just cooked, but I could see that it wasn’t. I expressed my disappointment because I was waiting specifically for fresh chicken. I don’t understand why she had to get an attitude about it. I definitely won't be going back.
