I was at this wing stop 4-5 times and I had a bad experience almost every time. I order online, I show when the app says it should be ready, and then wait 20-30 minutes more for my order. And usually there are at least a few people waiting next to me with the same experience. They've never apologized so much that they're waiting. If you can choose another wing stop.
Certainly I feel food poisoning because my mild wings I ordered online were not cooked all the way through. And when I went to get the order, the 3 girls (had to be teenagers) were nothing. Just one tip: It is better to cook some chicken instead of boil. I lose money because I can't be at work. Eating fast food is generally a joke, especially this side of the city. Lesson learned.
The wait times at this restaurant are outrageous! I've called ahead, and they tell me it'll be a 30-minute wait. I arrive after 35 minutes, only to find that my order isn't ready. Other times, when I order in person, they quote me an hour wait, yet no one seems to be working—everyone is just chatting in the back. I might as well go to the one in Dallas instead!
