To be honest, it’s disappointing when a restaurant doesn’t pay attention to the quality of their food. We placed an order and when we got home and opened it, I was really let down by what I saw. My wings had hardly any sauce on them at all. I ordered Cajun, but they looked more like mild buffalo wings.
If you can't even provide a proper menu, maybe you shouldn't be in the restaurant business. The offerings are just chicken, fries, cups, and veggies—a very limited selection. When I entered, I was surprised to see only a QR code for the menu. There was another QR code at the register, and yet another on the wall. It's frustrating that they don't have a physical menu at all. Am I really expected to use my phone to browse your menu while I'm dining in your establishment? When I asked the cashier for a menu, I was relieved to find one, but it didn't even have prices listed. No thank you; I'll spend my money at places that actually provide menus.
Placed an online order 2 weeks in a row. For 10 piece classic wings. Both times received 10 piece boneless. Tried calling the restaurant and kept getting disconnected. Tried to contact thru the app and same thing ,nothing nobody got back with me on the issue.
The wait times at this restaurant are outrageous! I've called ahead, and they tell me it'll be a 30-minute wait. I arrive after 35 minutes, only to find that my order isn't ready. Other times, when I order in person, they quote me an hour wait, yet no one seems to be working—everyone is just chatting in the back. I might as well go to the one in Dallas instead!
I love wingstop but today as I picked up my order and got home I was very disappointed. I ordered the limón Pepper, Hawaiian, and the buffalo flavor. Not one wing had any flavor what so ever. The chicken wings were just so plain that not even some salt was added. I’m just very disappointed with wingstop. I don’t recommend this place anymore.
