A staff member delivered my food, but unfortunately, he forgot my shake. When I inquired about it, he asked to see my order. I showed him my copy, and he went back inside. Five minutes later, he came back with the shake, but it was just plain milk instead of a blended shake. When I pointed this out, he gave me a dismissive look and insisted that it was a shake, claiming he had just made it. Then he turned and walked away. I noticed he also ignored another customer in a different car who had been waiting longer than I had. Instead of offering to change the flavor or provide a refund, he had a bit of an attitude. I would have appreciated some honesty instead of that, so I chose to let it go.
I had an absolutely terrible experience. I waited in the drive-thru line for 50 minutes just to receive three chicken strips. Frustrated by the long wait, I chose to go inside the restaurant to request a refund, but unfortunately, they made us wait an additional 15 minutes without acknowledgment. We left feeling completely humiliated, hungry, and empty-handed, having lost our money in the process. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had! If I could give it a rating of -100 stars, I would. This place should not be operating.
I had a really bad experience at this restaurant. I ordered through the app, which said my food would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting nearly an hour, and my meal was already prepared when I got there. When I finally received my order, the fries were cold. I was expecting fresh food, so I was very disappointed. This will definitely be my last visit. The staff seemed unmotivated, and although my order was ready at 7:02, I didn’t get it until 7:44. Save your money and steer clear of this place.
This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at Whataburger. On the few occasions I’ve visited, the drive-thru has been incredibly slow—I’ve waited up to 30 minutes in line. Hoping for a quicker option, I decided to order inside, but that turned out to be a mistake. It took 45 minutes to receive my food after ordering, and I had to approach the counter twice. This delay affected everyone who placed orders inside. The management at Whataburger definitely needs to be reviewed, especially considering the menu offers many items that should be served promptly.
I just placed an order through the drive-thru and was really disappointed. I ordered chicken strips and a Jr. Whataburger but didn’t receive a receipt, napkins, or condiments. I waited in line for 20 minutes, only to get a flat soda, nearly empty fries, and three of the smallest chicken tenders I’ve ever seen. On top of that, my burger came with regular hamburger buns instead of Texas toast. Definitely won’t be coming back!
