It’s evident that the staff at this restaurant lacks concern for their customers. At times, the wait can stretch nearly an hour, making it feel like you’d be better off going to a grocery store to buy the same meal for less money, in less time, and without dealing with the poor attitude of the staff. This is unusual for most Whataburgers, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

Normally, I have decent to great experiences at this place. I use curb side pick up. Today, I waited more than 45 minutes, before I finally went in to the restaurant to check on my order. They gave it to me. I thought I saw them put the fresh friesinto the bag. It must have been for someone else because when I got back to car the fries were luke warm as well as theburgers. By this time, I was late and I didn't have time to take the food back it. The food had to be microwave.... not the besttasting food and not what I paid for. Not even an apology for being late or for me to have to come in to check on myorder. Too bad this facility doesn't appreciate their customers more.

The food was okay, but the service left a lot to be desired. I ordered a large meal, but what I got wasn’t really large at all. I asked for spicy ketchup, but it never came. I also requested BBQ sauce for my chicken, and that didn’t arrive either. To make matters worse, the receipt didn’t accurately reflect what I had ordered.

I have no complaints overall; everything was good and the food was served hot. However, I'm not sure why they stopped bringing out the tray with ketchup and napkins. I asked for spicy ketchup, but they only gave me the regular kind and then walked away without checking if I wanted the spicy one. That was a bit frustrating. I think they should bring the tray out again so we can choose what we want ourselves.

They have a promotion where you can get a free burger if you download their app and sign up. However, the entire process was incredibly difficult and inconvenient. I downloaded the app for the first time while I was at the drive-thru, but the manager, Luis, told me to contact customer care for help. What a frustrating way to treat customers! This was my first visit, and I seriously doubt I'll return. It’s disappointing that I just wanted to take advantage of a promotion after making my purchase, and the manager couldn’t assist in resolving the issue.
