Razzoo's Cajun Café
Description
Razzoo's, a charming Cajun chain restaurant, offers a laid-back bar atmosphere complemented by hearty, flavorful dishes. The stuffed shrimp receive high praise, while the fried catfish and shrimp basket is also a standout for many diners. Though the rice could benefit from more seasoning, the overall food quality remains pleasing. Guests appreciate the generous drink portions, though opinions on cocktail preparations vary. Service can be inconsistent, with some encounters noted for warmth and efficiency, while others fall short. Given its convenient location and relaxed vibe, Razzoo's is a reliable spot for casual dining in the DFW area.

Really nice time at Razoo's. It wasn't very busy the night we went and the food was excellent. Our server was very nice and helpful. If you want a taste of Cajun in DFW this is a great option.
I'm not sure of the young lady name that took my order just now for Denise. But lets get her off the phone immediately, no customer service skills nor are you familiar with your menu and must be hard of hearing. I'm big on customer service when I'm spending my money at your establishment that I could have saved or patronized somewhere else.
The food was enjoyable, although the rice could use a bit more flavor. I loved the stuffed shrimp, but the service has been hit or miss. Our server during this visit was delightful, but our previous experience was disappointing. We were part of a group of eight, and they forgot one person's order, which she didn't receive until we were about to leave. To make matters worse, the server at that time was quite rude about it.
This is a fantastic spot for gathering with friends. The food is excellent, the drinks are delicious, and the staff is wonderful!
Razzoo's is a charming Cajun chain restaurant. The food is consistently good, though not particularly extravagant. I really enjoy the relaxed bar atmosphere. The drinks are always tasty, quite strong, and served in large portions (I had the Gator Punch). For my meal today, I ordered a side salad for $5 — which I thought was a bit pricey for just a side salad — and the Stuffed Shrimp, which featured a crab cake on top of the shrimp and was absolutely delicious. My total came to around $35, but I feel like it should have been more in the $20-30 range considering the portion sizes, quality, and the overall environment of the restaurant. That said, nothing was bad, and I definitely plan to return! Its location is convenient, close to many attractions and not far from where I live. They also offer to-go orders. Overall, it's a great casual bar spot.
