McDonald's - Irving

My daughter and I visited this place after a long day and the customer service experience or lack to I should say that the day made worse. they gave me a big coffee instead of my big drink I ordered, which came with the meal. I had another job that had to be done and they had to do this order right so they asked me to rise. Finally, when I came back through the passage, because it was forever for them to bring my food. I let them know they accused me of a big coffee and I didn't order that. the dame gave me my change for the charge and then I moved to the second window because I had asked them to regain the fries that were now cold. they made the frost and I ask for a free apple cake for the inconvenience. the dame told me that she gave me free pommes and she couldn't give me a cupcake. I told her that there were no free riders I paid for the riders, and because it took them forever to make my order right, and I had to go back through the line and wait these pommes were cold, so that was a remake. I told her that the apple cake was deprivation for the inconvenience. So finally another guy came out and agreed to give me the apple cake. I just feel like I didn't have to go through this because of her mistake. I didn't even eat my Mac plant and the apple cake because I felt they had done something too harmonie through spiting in the food or something. I will not visit this mcdonald’s again. they showed me how much they appreciate their customers. which is not at all.

Order these mcondalds thru door dash. the original doordasher was delayed so they had to find a replacement. instead of waiting until the interrupter arrived, this mcdonald makes the order at the time of ordering so that the food sat there for an hour before it was delivered to us. the sunflowers were completely melted, the ice melted in all drinks, and the whole eating was super cold.

Very badly managed. shawn and iris were the manager in the service when I moved to the drive-thru, just to say that they were closed for the night, before midnight. maricela, the voice behind the loudspeaker, said incorrectly that I had moved a traffic cone at the entrance to the drive-thru. avoid these mcdonald’s. there is a 24 hours mcdonald’s off airport fwy, 9 minutes away. they will be happy to take their order there.

The terrible evening staff. they claimed to be closed 9:45 clock if they did not close to 2 clock, they refused to allow my sisters in the inner to use the bathroom and were rude all the time, peeking their heads into the bathroom, while my sisters were in it. always scream closed, closed, closed.

Tried using the app to order and for whatever reason, the order was not going through I redid the order multiple times and the cashier was of no help final had to ask for a manager who knew what they were doing I would say maybe a little more training with the staff and fix the app.
