Was Ricci at Lime Kitchen a mag?
Even though my meal sat for a couple of hours before I got to eat it, it was still amazing. I was told not to heat the noodles but to warm the broth until it was hot and to warm the large pieces of chicken separately. This advice prevented the noodles from becoming mushy, which I definitely would have done on my own. It felt like I was dining in the restaurant itself. What Warren Hyman dislikes about Lime Kitchen:
I don’t understand why Lime Kitchen is listed on GrubHub if they aren’t actually accepting orders. I won’t be ordering from here again—completely a waste of my time. View all feedback.

The portion size of the curry pho is massive, so unless you're expecting twins or happen to be Dirk Nowitzki’s uncle, it could easily be shared among two or three people, or you might have some left for later. Alternatively, you could opt for their cup of pho instead of a bowl, which seems to be just the right size for one person (at least in my opinion!). They have a spring roll sampler that includes shrimp, chicken, and another meat or fish that I’m not particularly fond of, along with avocado mango rolls. The tofu spring rolls come with a thick and delicious peanut sauce that I thoroughly enjoyed. For my drink, I picked jasmine tea, which I like to sweeten with honey on the side. They also have green tea available. What makes Lime Bar a potential replacement for my usual pho spot is that I often choose between the curry pho or the vermicelli (both of which they serve here), along with the avocado spring rolls—though I must say their avocado rolls are quite unique compared to those at other restaurants. Both establishments serve hot tea, but Lime Bar also offers a variety of flavored cold teas and lemonades, which is a nice bonus. Since it was a lovely day and we are a group of chilly office ladies, we decided to sit outside on the patio, which was beautiful. Other menu items that caught my attention included vermicelli, chicken pho, fried rice, salmon, fried noodles, and zucchini noodles. They also have pad Thai and a tapas section. Prices are reasonable, and the service was outstanding; everyone was very attentive. I might even consider trying out their happy hour one day, which runs from 3 to 7 PM. Overall, Lime Bar Kitchen is definitely worth a visit if you live, work, or are just passing through Irving!

The phone never seems to get answered here, and it feels like they pick and choose when they feel like picking up, if they even bother at all. Their opening and closing hours are all over the place, operating whenever they feel like it, regardless of what’s advertised online or on the door. I've rarely seen more than three customers in the restaurant at once. Should I continue? The place is clearly understaffed and excruciatingly slow. If you're hoping for a pleasant dine-in experience, good luck! Your party might be served at different times, so don’t expect to dine together. The staff has trouble recalling orders—often choosing not to write them down—and refills on drinks only happen if you explicitly ask. To make matters worse, they smoke right outside the entrance, blatantly ignoring the posted sign prohibiting smoking within 25 feet. It seems that rules don’t apply to them. If this is how they operate in plain sight, I can only dread to think about the kitchen's conditions. The owner is leading this business toward failure and really needs to pass it on to someone who knows how to run things properly. I’ve given this place three chances, but I'm now more than happy to take my money elsewhere. If you're seeking a better experience, I highly recommend Pho Empire at Beltline and Northgate. You won't be treated nearly as poorly there!
