We visited Popeyes because their lobby is open! Please consider reopening your lobby during business hours.
The girl that took my order was very rude charge me $40 for Fill up Box I order some side she gave me small smashed potatoes when I ask for Large. So upset because if they hate their job why not look for another job instead of giving people wrong orders.
The food here is good. It is hot and taste fresh. The issue I have is that they will not allow anyone to use the restroom. They have both restrooms locked with a sign that says employees only. I have seen them turn away a mom and her kid who asked to use the restroom.
I was served spoiled meat at this restaurant. After attempting to call multiple times and receiving no answer, I had to drive back to the KFC store. The manager tried to refund my purchase, but after smelling the spoiled chicken, I discovered that they had actually debited my card two more times. It has been a huge inconvenience and a mess. I will not be returning to this store again.
