It’s a days inn, not the Ritz. It’s what you’d expect from an affordable hotel room. Our room was clean. The shower pressure was great but temp is a little inconsistent. Pool was warm, could have been cleaner but again. It’s a days inn. Was nice enough for a nights stay. The “breakfast” is Poptarts and granola bars, but better than nothing View all feedback.
What Kristen H doesn't like about Days Inn By Wyndham Irving Grapevine Dfw Airport North:
Stayed here after going to the State Fair and was planning to visit Peppa Pig World the next day. It was a free night from my Wyndham points. This hotel seemed descent, there was several cars in the parking lot. However, there was a very suspicion person who continuously was looking into the back of vehicles. He would then sit around the pool area. This male was wearing blue jeans and tennis shoes, so I don 't believ... View all feedback.
Would not let us check into our hotel. I pre-booked online and upon arrival, the lady at the front was on her phone for 10 minutes before she acknowledged we were there. She then stated that it would be serval hours before a room would be available. (We got there at 3pm, normal check in time). We waited around 45 minutes and came back to the hotel too see if our room was ready because we had an event at 5pm that we had to get ready for and they said no, it would still be several hours. We could not wait any longer and asked for a refund. She stated that since it was a pre booked room a refund was not available. I tried to call the hotel back around 5 pm but no one would answer the phone. We ended up going to a different hotel because of the time. I contacted hotels.com about the whole situation and they contacted the hotel. The manager of the place said I would of had to wait for a room to be ready whether that was at 3pm or even midnight and I should of stayed in the lobby. Because I did not stay, I was marked as a no show and was not available for a refund... Basically they stole my money and told me to F off....

This hotel seemed descent, there was several cars in the parking lot. However, there was a very suspicion person who continuously was looking into the back of vehicles. He would then sit around the pool area. This male was wearing blue jeans and tennis shoes, so I don 't believe he was going to the pool at all. I was provided an upgrade in a suite. The room was weird had 2 entry doors outside. Very sketchy place to stay. I didn 't feel safe here given that I was staying with my 3 kids. Wouldn 't recommend staying here..
The room was decent, small but decent. The service wasn't very friendly but it was fast and easy! Location was in a good spot. Found a few stained spots on the comforters but I really liked the shampoo, conditioner body wash setup! Smelled nice and very convenient.
Rooms were not clean, and sheets did not seem laundered. Bathroom wasn't very clean either and shower was not working properly. There was also unpleasant stench/odors in the room. Outside appearance was not good either.
Single worst parking experience I ever had. The airport parking service is a complete disaster. They never know how many people are making reservations for the shuttle. The shuttle is shared with other hotels and only seats 9-10 people. Our flight boarded at 530 we got to the aiport at 5a, after being at the hotel at 345a as they had advised. Our return flight landed at 12:05a. I made at least 30 calls to the hotel for pickup before being advised they would be there in 5-7 minutes. They never showed up. After waiting an hour we decided to call an Uber, which arrived in less than 2 minutes. I called Global Parking because the number on the parking location (Days Inn Grapevine/Irving) pickup information slip is still not being answered. They never apologized and ultimately have to me to call the hotel that they represent. Lesson Learned. Save your time and money!!!!!
