I ordered a bowl online, and when I picked it up and got home, I found that 3 of my toppings were missing. As a first-time customer at Cava, I found this very disappointing. I hope you can improve on this in the future. View all feedback.

The food here is amazing! The customer service staff is exceptional. Miss Crystal is such a ray of sunshine in the mornings. The evenings are great too especially if Joel is around! Would definitely come again! 10/10 stars.

Getting my food here was an wonderful experience. I very much appreciated my server Regina she was cheerful and really helped me through the ordering process, this being my first time. She didn?t make me feel rushed at all and she made sure that I feltcomfortable .The drinks are also very unique and delicious. The overall atmosphere and people is amazing.I love this place andit will be my new go to lunch spot.
