Burger Im - Irving

Holy moly this place is good. definitely coming back here for some birthday dinners!

We needed to find somewhere to eat before heading to the airport to fly home (MA). After filling our car with gas to return, the gas attendant suggested Jimmy’s Burger and Grill! We were a little apprehensive when we first saw the place, but took a chance! We were really glad we did. The food was cooked to order and tasted great. We especially liked the different types of fries and flavors of fries… curly, sweet potato, Marsala and more) customer service was great and very accommodating!

I decided to try BurgerIM again. I have to say service has improved. The burger and jalapeno fries came out together and were both hot, unlike previous times. The BurgerIM fries were tasty. The Spanish beef burger was okay. The beef patty was pretty dry, but the toppings were tasty which helped. I may go here again hoping service stays the same.

The more we order from this place the more we like it. Consistent, correct orders. Their chicken is a favorite at my office because of the seasoning. Everything is great.

I come here for the food it is good but the service is terrieble, I feel like they give me the food free. Please work on the service some supervision may be I am just waiting for a better competitor in the area but you guys will lose the business if there is another burger joint were there.
