Walked into Bread Zeppelin?s Mac Arthur Road, Irving location at around 6pm today and ordered 2 Zeppelins. On hearing my request one of the associates placed 2 of them in the warmer. I was the only customer in the store. I placed my order and was charged$16.38 and handed only One Zeppelin. When asked if I was charged for one or two the associate argued that I had ordered onlyone. I stepped out and ordered at CAVA. Never going back again. Can?t buy bad attitude. Thank You Zeppelin for all your serviceall these years. Good Bye
I love Bread Zeppelin. It's an easy but creative way to have a hand held salad. (And they make use of all those bread good for the croutons and bread pudding. ???? If you're super health conscious, and don't want the carbs, you can get it in a bowl,.Still not extreme health enough for you? They have ancient grain bowls, packed with protein.
You have the option to order a bowl, a salad, or a zeppelin. A zeppelin is essentially a hollowed-out baguette filled with a variety of greens and proteins. We quickly received our southwest zeppelin and the Tejano Caesar zeppelin, and they were absolutely delicious! The portions were perfectly balanced. After tasting each other's zeppelins, we both agreed that the southwest one was the favorite. Although the food is a bit pricey, it's definitely worth it. I can't wait to return and try another zeppelin. I highly recommend this place to any sandwich enthusiasts!
First time here and I love it. I'll definitely have to go back and try more salads.
I used to really like Bread Zeppelin and used to order from them on a regular basis, before they were popular, pre-Covid era. Alas, since then they noticeably reduced the size of their bread/bowl combined with less meat/stuffings. Not to mention their recent price increases... Another business on my no-go list: shrinkflation is real folks and you must pay attention to those companies/restaurants taking advantage of their customer base!
