If you use mobile ordering, don't order at this location. My order of 1 menu item drink with no customization was 20 minutes later than the estimated time (30 minutes total), which would have been fine because these estimated times are justestimatations. Except customers who came in 20 minutes after me (10 minutes past my order estimate) and ordered in person gottheir orders before me. One even ordered the exact same drink as me! Not only that, I asked the female employee in the pick uparea if I can check on that status of my order in case it was forgotten. She had been calling everyone's name when their orderwas ready. Five minutes later, when my order was finally ready, she looked at the name of the drink and just set it down withthe tag turned away from customers, without saying my name even though she knew I had been waiting for my order for 30 minutesalready. My order was the only one that she didn't call out the name.
This is by far the WORST Starbucks I have been to in the Irvine, Tustin, Santa Ana etc area. And I have been to all of them. Have been a lifetime customer. As far back as I can remember. I agree with Alissa and the previous 2 ladies on their reviews. Ihad the same very very bad experience with staffer Ryan. Can't even call him a staff member because he is not. He is erogent,rude and seems like, to me, that he likes to pick on females so that MIGHT mean he MAY discriminate against us ladies. Aftercoming back into the store to have them remake my drink...I asked for light ice and he told me I needed extra ice because it had4 shots of espresso. The drink was a chocolate ice shaken espresso. Why advertise with 4 shots if your not going to make itthat way and just fill the cup up with a bunch of ice. No chocolate flavoring. Tasted like drinking a terrible watered down cupof coffee with no taste for $5.95. To make it worse he argued with me to the point where I had to raise my voice in front of allyour customers so I could get another drink made the RIGHT way. And even on the 2nd drink he still wasn't going to make it theway I wanted it to be made. Another employee had to step in and make it and he argued with them too!!! Shame on Starbucks forhiring an employee with an attitude!!! They should be screened better. With inflation the way it is a Starbucks drink is a treatfor me not a daily occurrence. I have been a loyal customer for many years and would have expected better treatment than what Ireceived today. Unfortunately this Starbucks has been stricken off my list of Starbucks I shop at ?????????????? I only gave 1star because I had to to write the review. They should have -10 for the worst!!! PS.....the 2nd drink from the 2nd barista wasperfect and ???? delicious.

Little tight inside for laptop work, very busy, terrific cold brew. Literally perfect.
