**Dining Experience Review: A Mixed Bag** The culinary journey at this restaurant is a tale of contrasts. While many diners rave about the succulent lamb dishes, flavorful skewers, and quick service, others express concerns over pricing discrepancies and the quality of certain items. Some meals, like the signature beef noodles, sparked mixed reactions—deemed average by some yet praised by loyal patrons. Service varies dramatically, with notable incidents of rudeness overshadowing otherwise friendly interactions. Though the ambiance is appealing and the food generally well-prepared, inconsistencies in both menu offerings and service have left guests questioning their return. Ultimately, this dining spot promises delicious moments amid a maze of shortcomings.

Really great noodles, authentic but not very salty, but the spits were a bit dry and less delicate, overall I recommend this restaurant

Their noodles are always fresh! You can literally see the chef making noodles through the window.

I didn't satisfy their food and service. The food is just OK, a lot of noodles with a few slices of meat. So I give them 11% of tips. I think that's fair, base on their food and my dining experience. One of the waiter a guy with a cap) was very rude to ASK FOR MORE TIPS!!! That's so rude, very rude. I ended up give them one more dollar, and I decided never return again. Please educate your employees please, if you want to survive in the competitive restaurant business.

Authentic Gansu providence cuisine. The fire grilled lamb kebabs are must try. We had both soup noodles and the stir fry noodles. Delicious!! The price is very fair. Great dining area, spacious and nicely decorated. Highly recommended
