We had to get our 2 burgers b... read more It's not a fast food restaurant. We came when we wanted to eat. But they sold breakfast. I didn't have all orders, we had to look. We had to get our 2 burgers back. It took at least 20 minutes because our driver was irritated. But the food was good. But we asked for 6 Pommes, got two because they were so slow. It is expected that you will wait.

The food was ok but the amount of black pepper on the burgers I got was disgusting. Had to throw it away cause that was all I tasted, even after scraping a lot off with a knife. I used to come here a lot but lately the quality of the food has been declining. Definitely taking a break from Jacks after this.

Our order wasn’t complete, so we had to double-check a... read more Jack's is not a fast food restaurant. We arrived during lunchtime, but they were still serving breakfast. Our order wasn’t complete, so we had to double-check and return for the two burgers we didn’t receive initially. It took at least 20 minutes, which frustrated our Uber driver. The food itself was good, but we asked for six fries and only got two because they were slow. Be prepared to wait a while when ordering from Jack's menu.

Howeve... read more I just went through the drive-thru and realized I forgot to ask for a bag of ice. The staff member at the window told me she couldn't add it to my order. However, an incredible manager in a green shirt came over— and I really wish I had caught her name. She said, "No, ma'am, that's not Jack's policy. You can add that bag of ice." Despite being extremely busy, she took the time to correct the employee and reminded her that accommodating such requests at the window is indeed the policy. Thank you, manager! You were fantastic, and I’m enjoying my soft serve ice cream too!
