What User doesn't like about Jack's:
Why do you ask me what kind of sauce I want and don't give me a sauce? And why don't you have my potato cup half full? And why are you giving me a little nugget from four and not even fresh? I had some of the best chicken and best customer service of my LIFE at Jack's, but this joke of a place is not!!!!!! View all feedback.
Well this not a fast food restaurant. We came in at when lunch supposed to be going on. But they were still selling breakfast. Didn't get all my order, we had to check. We had to go back an get our 2 burgers. It took us at least 20 minutes, because ouruber driver was irritated. But the food was good. But we asked for 6 fries, but got 2 because they were so slow. Be expected towait awhile.

It took at least 20 minutes because our driver was irritated. But the food was good. But we asked for 6 Pommes, got two because they were so slow. It is expected that you will wait.
Haven't had breakfast there since they moved to New location. They were a good crew. Lunch crew is not. Burger was OK, listening to them trying to figure out who was supposed to get fries with no salt was almost entertaining.
Burnt and sides was cold .. not friendly. Should stayed at old location it’s hard getting In and out because the traffic. 2nd time here . So never again! Can’t eat food that’s not cooked right .
Terrible service. The employees didn’t seem to even know what they were doing and didn’t care. I got a milkshake and it was so thick I had to mix it some more myself but also it wasn’t filled fully. The milkshake was sad and the food wasn’t even hot when I got it. Barley even warm!
