Subway - Iron River

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The older man who runs the place was quite rude to me while I was trying to place my order for two subs. I simply wanted a number 10, and my fiancé had specific preferences for his sub. Despite there not being many customers in the restaurant at the time, he was very impatient with me and his attitude was disrespectful. This will definitely be the last time I order from here. I almost walked out empty-handed and left with tears rolling down my face. All I wanted was some food.

The closing time listed on Google for Sundays is incorrect; they actually close at 9 PM. It's important to keep this in mind, as there aren’t many dining options in the area on a Sunday night besides the McDonald's drive-thru. I arrived at 8:45 PM and noticed that online orders were still being processed. The only employee present was trying to wrap things up for the night but still had to fulfill those online orders. I'm not sure why Google hasn't updated the hours for Sundays, but it definitely impacted the service. I was in town and had planned to eat there, so we didn’t stop anywhere else, thinking they would be open until 10 PM as stated. A big shoutout to the employee working late on July 23, 2023, who managed to get our order completed despite the chaos. He definitely deserves a raise!
