What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
I called to order a pizza from the menu with extra cheese. I was told that I couldn't customize the pizza since it was a promotional item. I don't understand why they couldn't charge me extra for the cheese, especially when I've been able to do so at other places. There was no one in line when we arrived, there was no lobby access, and there was graffiti on the building which was off-putting. I usually love Little Ca... View all feedback.
Let them tell us if I could give less I would. ordered 3 pizzas 2 crazy brote and the order was over $50 when we arrived at home, the pizzas were undercooked and over greasy. we had to bake the pizzas the rest of the way to make them edible. my wife called and spoke to the manager who said, "safe, we will refund them their money that the regional manager will receive from them tomorrow." it is three days later and still no call. they stay far away from this place they are inept and over price on the road to a domino and pizza hat both make a better pizza for the same price.
Wouldn't suggest getting your pizza here. Pizza is stale customer service is terrible. Lady at the window was displeased to see customers in drive-through.
Pizza way too saucy. Cheese tastes like melted plastic. Employees almost never speak to you.
Ordered two extra most bestest pizzas that were far from extra most bestest because they barely had any toppings. Dough was thin and rubber like, and over cooked. The crazy bread was also over cooked and dry. It took 30 minutes for us to get our two pizzas and crazy bread.
Just bad… I don’t know where to start. it’s not friendly, not welcoming. Very strange people.. the attitude the employees have is unprofessional. The pizza was way over cooked and just old. Taste like used hard cardboard. Definitely not ‘hot and ready’ maybe one of the employees moms she’s pretty hot. But other than that it was bad, definitely not coming here again.
