Served quickly, very helpful and quite good!
A good restaurant overall, quite decent and clean.
It's always a pleasure to come to KFC in Pierre-Benite, whether it's the service, the friendliness of the servers (especially the one whose name I won't mention for the sake of anonymity , the food, or even the cleanliness of the dining room and tables! A special plus for the ice cream, especially the one with the chocolate hazelnut topping, which is pure delight! I highly recommend it!
The food is always good, however there are often oversights in orders and the general atmosphere of the staff seems sad.
Extremely disappointed with the “sales service” if you can call it that. We place an order via the website and choose this restaurant to collect our order. Big surprise when collecting our order when we were told that one of the sandwiches was no longer available (probably out of stock, which I can hear). Decision made, we chose another sandwich, cheaper by 50 cents! So we expect a refund of the difference? Well no! Finality we are offered a sauce equivalent to the missing sum! Superb, except that if I had wanted a sauce I would have bought one, is that the case? No. So we were assured that this was the only thing they could do and that they were not responsible for this incident. So it is not for these 50 cents that we are unhappy but above all for the manner therefore this incident which I WANT TO REMEMBER IS NOT OUR DOING EITHER. I have been a customer of yours for a long time, from now on I will no longer set foot there. Business doesn’t seem to be in your DNA. Camille BADIN KUSSY.
