Winery Stilianou - Irakleion

We found this weingut randomly after the instructions from the palast of budsos. there is an older Gentleman story that explains the production of his family weingut. we had a tasting at a price of 7 euro (if I remember correctly) per person, his wee and his oil were very good. although we were not hours for company tours, he gave us a short tour with explanation. the owners were really friendly and helpful, the products very good, the view of their company on the weinbergs was very beautiful. I'm shaved.

What a lovely and most unexpected find followed the signs to this vineyard on a whim and were very pleasantly surprised. The views are stunning and you just sit there and look out over a beautiful vista. Bought the basic wine tasting package together with their bread and their own olive oil. The young lady who served us was extremely polite and helpful, plus the wines most palatable. Would definitely recommend anyone to visit.

There's nothing else to say than this is a 4th generation family run winery that offers a truly wonderful experience. Their wine tasting is perfection, and I would highly recommend a food platter and winery tour to match. We will certainly be returning one day, as it was a highlight of our trip!

Nice place to have wine tasting in the calmness of the area. The prices are very good and the kindness of the owners is exceptional. We took the wine and olive tasting and both were great. Products are BIO which is a big plus. Highly recommended.

Fantastic wine and olive oil with a wonderful explanation for the tasting. It was a fine hot day, but in the shade and with the wind, we felt absolutely comfortable. The Stilianou Winery gave us a wonderful welcome — and we will come back next time we are in Crete. Thank you for an extraordinary experience.
