Vardis Taverna - Irakleion

I tried a grilled flat iron steak, accompanied by eggplant rolls and a grilled shrimp plate. The service was a bit slow, likely because of the busy Sunday dinner rush, but once I tasted everything, it was worth the wait. The restaurant has a local, unpretentious vibe, but the food was simply delicious. I would recommend this place!

We stumbled upon a fantastic tavern in a residential area while waiting for our ferry to Piraeus. It was a quick walk back to the harbor, less than 10 minutes on foot. The sardines we ordered were incredibly fresh and expertly prepared, making for a super delicious meal.

Just came from the airport, Autenthian Greek tavern: great food, service and price incredible on the market. complementary raki, watermelon and dessert at the end of the evening gave everything a sweeter taste. I'm sure I want to come back.

Close to the city center, but it feels like they are at the suburbs. eating is very tasty and the prices are seasonal. if they have luck, there is a chance that they eat with the sound of live music. the service has space for improvements, but all in all a good choice

Great people, great atmosphere, great food, great restaurant. I had chicken fillets and small fish and all of this was perfect. They also serve dessert, watermelon and some kind of turkish dessert, which tastes amazing. This restaurant was recommended me by a local and it's the second evening when I'm eating here. Thanks to the lovely team.
